Tiger - Oaxacan Alebrije Wood Carving

Fierce tiger alebrije wood carving by the Morales family. Expertly carved out of copal wood at their workshop in Oaxaca and painted with great detail. Every stripe was carefully painted from the top of the tigers head all the way to the tip of the tail. A very well done piece with a sense of motion and aggression.
