Beautiful llama alebrije wood carvingby Jose Calvo & Magaly Fuentes. Expertly carved out of a single piece of copal wood by Jose and given a great form and posture. This piece was decorated with the traditional Zapotec design which is highly inspired by the ancient Zapotec culture and the ruins found throughout the region. An exquisite example of Oaxacan wood carving folk art.
