Animal Train - Oaxacan Alebrije Wood Carving

Wonderful train set alebrije wood carving by the very talented Roque family. Handcrafted out of copal wood and painted with very fine detail at their workshop in Oaxaca. Each cart is detachable and has fully functioning wheels. There is even a conductor in the locomotive. Such a creative and vibrant piece of Mexican folk art.
